We moved to Florida from NY going on ten years ago. We moved into a house that needed repair and updating. We also bought a home for rental income and five years later bought a home on the river which we were going to move into after extensive renovation. I think in the first few years I met every shyster who did shoddy work until I was fortunate enough to meet Manny.
He has remodeled a foyer, several bathrooms, installed flooring and assisted me in too many projects to mention. He’s also not afraid to take on any job. Surprisingly, he is knowledgeable in all areas of remodeling and building.
The best attribute of Manny is honesty! I never had to think twice of him being in my house with cash, jewelry, or firearms around! He also does exceptional work. One day he was doing a tile floor for me and was more than halfway done and when I came back several hours later he had taken most of it out. I asked what happened and he told me he didn’t like it! Looked good to me but he strives for perfection. It was a sad day for me when he moved south of us. Besides being an excellent worker he became a good friend. I’d recommend him for any project your considering.
